The Roma Mitchell Secondary College Finance Department provides a range of services relating to management of financial activities throughout the College.

We encourage you to contact the College Finance Office Monday – Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm for any other enquiries you may have, or if you would prefer to make an over the counter fee payment.

School Fees

Fees are due at the beginning of each term and are payable in advance.

Payment Options

Payment options are cash, cheque, BPAY, selected credit card, EFTPOS, or direct debit. Credit card and EFTPOS payments can be made in person or by telephoning the Finance Office on 8161 4600.

The College will accept an instalment plan of weekly, fortnightly or monthly payments from bank accounts or credit cards. For an application form please contact the Finance Office on 8161 4600.

Fees Contract

Roma Mitchell Secondary College, like any other public school or college relies on the prompt payment of fees to enable the College to operate. The policy that outstanding fees and charges are settled within the agreed terms will continue to be administered. This is normal practice in all schools or colleges. You will understand that the College is not in a position to carry debts outside the agreed trading arrangements and your co-operation in complying with the College policy is appreciated.
